One of the exercises I'm planning to include in my 2024 routine is asking myself good things of the day/week.
I'm still trying to decide if I want this as a permanent fixture and if I'll be able to keep up with every day or week.
Don't forget to check in with yourself, just like you would a friend in need. Because sometimes the ones that smile the most are the ones who hurt the most too.
